Since certification from the Attorney - Mediator Institute in March of 1997, I have successfully mediated hundreds of civil cases. I have tried many cases on both sides of the civil docket and have extensive experience in preparation and evaluation of civil cases.

Sole practitioner, personal injury law from 1990 to present. Insurance defense litigation with the Law Firm of Thornton, Summers, Biechlin, Dunham & Brown from 1986 through 1990.

A fee of $350.00 per party will be charged for a half day mediation. A fee of $750.00 per party will be charged for a full day mediation. All parties represented by one attorney are considered as one party when calculating the mediation fee. My office can accomodate two and three party mediations. Unfortunately, my office is not wheelchair accessible.
